Is There A Minimum Order?

World's Finest Chocolate--       8 total case minimum order

Auntie Anne's Pretzels--            9 case minimum order (100 items)

Maestro--                                 Call or email for your area

Aromalight--                               24 items

 

Do We Have to Order Full Cases of Products?

World's Finest Chocolate--    Yes

Auntie Anne's Pretzels--         Yes

Maestro--                               No

Aromalight--                           No

 

How Long Should Our Group Sell?

We recommend 2 weeks and no longer than 3 weeks. This allows plenty of time to obtain orders, and then get the orders delivered to your customers in a timely manner.

 

When is Money Collected?

Collect the payment when the sale is made. Checks should be made payable to your group or school.

 

When Does Our Group Pay For the Products?

World's Finest Chocolate--    30 Day Terms available with approval.  School PO's accepted.

Auntie Anne's Pretzels--         Payment is due at the completion of your sale with order placement.

Maestro--                              Payment made directly to Maestro Foods at delivery.

Aromalight--                          Payment is due at the completion of your sale with order placement.

 

When Do We Receive Our Profit?

Your group is invoiced for only the amount owed. With all of our programs, you keep your profits!

 

How Much Profit Will Our Group Make?

40% profit on EVERY item that you sell, starting with the 1st with Auntie Anne's and Maestro. 

50% profit on World's Finest Chocolate and Auntie Anne's.

20% profit on World's Finest Chocolate catalog online orders.

 

Are There Delivery Charges?

Delivery is FREE when the quantity for your area is achieved.  Please call us to clarify the quantity for your area.  Fuel surcharges may apply.

 

Do The Products Need to be Refrigerated or Frozen?

Maestro and Auntie Anne products are all perishable. They will be delivered frozen and must be dispensed to your group in a timely fashion. They must be distributed to customers quickly or placed back into refrigeration or frozen.

World's Finest Chocolate and Aromalight Candles should not be exposed to direct sunlight or excessive heat. (Avoid temperatures above 70 degrees)

World's Finest Chocolate and Aromalight Candles should not be refrigerated.

 

How Long Can the Products Be Without Refrigeration?

Auntie Anne's and Maestro packaging keep the products safe for several hours in a climate controlled environment, however we encourage you to make arrangements with your sellers to get them back into refrigeration at the earliest opportunity.

World's Finest Chocolate and Aromalight Candles should not be refrigerated.

 

What if the Products Thaw before delivered to customers?

Just put them back in the freezer. It will not affect the quality.

World's Finest Chocolate and Aromalight Candles should not be frozen.

 

Do We Need To Sign A Contract?

No, Sales can be booked by a simple phone call or email. This can be done months in advance, or at the last minute. We can usually get your group started in 3 days or less.

World's Finest Chocolate does require a sales agreement for order accuracy.

 

How Many Sellers Must We Have to Conduct a Sale?

Any size group can sell! You do want to calculate that your number of sellers can come close to the FREE delivery quantity for your area to avoid delivery charges.

 

How Long Will It Take to Deliver Our Order?

We will work with you on order placement and delivery. Auntie Anne's, Maestro and Aromalight orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks, and sometimes less.

World's Finest Chocolate is usually delivered within 3-5 business days after order placement.  Personalized chocolate orders are delivered within 21-28 days of order placement.

 

How Will We Know When Our Order Will Be Delivered?

Once your order is received, we will process it, and get back to you within a couple of days on the exact date and time, if applicable.
